How to Apply for a Booth
- Click the “Apply Now” button
- Choose whether you'd like to apply for a small or a large Startup Booth
- Complete the application form and tell us more about your startup.
- Submit your application. No payment is required at this stage.
- Our team will review your application and get back to you within 10 business days.
If your application is approved, you can complete your reservation and payment online and download your invoice directly.
- Please note: The invoice must be paid before Startup Nights.

Do I have access to high-quality internet during the event?
Yes, free high-speed internet will be provided by our partner CISCO.
How can I reserve equipment for my booth?
To reserve equipment, please fill out the dedicated form provided here.
What can I bring to my booth?
You can bring anything you like to your booth as long as it fits within your assigned space. Please note that the maximum allowed height for the back wall is 2.5 meters.
Please make sure to take any valuable items home with you overnight, as we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage.
Where and until when can I apply for a startup booth?

Applications are expected to remain open until October 2026, subject to availability.
What equipment is included in the price of the booth?
One bar table and a 230V power outlet.

How do I pay for my booth?
Submitting an application is free of charge.
If your startup is selected, you will receive a confirmation email with a payment link. You can then complete your reservation and pay for your booth conveniently online.
Your invoice will be available for download immediately after payment.
When will I find out where my booth is located?
You’ll receive all booth location details a few days before the event via email.
We’ll make sure you have everything you need in time to prepare your setup.
Where can I buy tickets for the event?
You can buy your tickets here.
Please note that if you have a booth, you will also need to purchase a ticket for each person attending.
For what days is the ticket valid?
Your ticket is valid for the entire duration of the event (5-6 November 2026) regardless of the ticket category.
