When and where does the event take place?
Date: 6-7 November 2025
Location: Eulachhallen Winterthur, Wartstrasse 73, 8400 Winterthur, Switzerland
What are opening hours?
Opening hours for partner & exhibitors: Day 1 from 9am to 11pm and Day 2 from 11am to 10am (hall 2) and to 11am (hall1)
Opening hours for visitors: Day 1 from 1pm to 10.30pm and Day 2, from 1pm to 10pm.
What are setup times?
6 November 2025, 8am – 12pm
Material (Un)Loading: The parking lot can be used for unloading. On the side of the hall will be a large gate into which you can enter directly into the exhibition hall. Don’t park before this gate as everybody has to bring things through it. Large things like cars must be brought early in the morning or the evening before so that you can get through everywhere. The same also applies for when you dismantle the booth.
What are dismantling times?
7 November 2025, 10pm – 12am. Afterwards, everything that is still inside will be moved to the outside and will be your liability going forward.
How do I get to the venue?
Nearby train station: Winterthur, walk 10-15 minutes
Nearby airport: Zurich (ZRH)
Parking: The number of parking spaces in front of the Eulachhallen is very limited. Exhibitors with a booth are each provided with one parking space. Cost: CHF 10 for two days of parking
How does loading and unloading work at the venue?
The parking lot can be used for unloading and loading. Heavy stuff can be driven into the hall via the big gate. Don’t block that gate with your car or truck to not disable others to bring their stuff inside. Please plan to bring large and heavy things early in the morning or even the evening.
