When and where does the event take place?
Date: 6.-7. November 2025
Location: Eulachhallen Winterthur, Wartstrasse 73, 8400 Winterthur, Switzerland
As an Event Helper, you can also support before or after the event — helping with setup in the days leading up to Startup Nights or with takedown once everything wraps up. Just let us know your availability when you sign up!
What exactly does an Event Helper do?
Event Helpers support the event during setup, guest services, logistics, catering, stage assistance, and more. You’ll be assigned to one or more areas based on your preferences and availability.
What if I need help?
If you need assistance during your shift, don’t hesitate to reach out to a team leader. They are trained to help and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities!
- Do I need experience to help out?
No experience needed! We’ll brief you before your shift and make sure you feel comfortable in your role. Motivation and a team spirit are what count most. - How long is one shift?
A typical shift is around 4–6 hours. You can choose to help for one shift or more — even across multiple days if you like. - What do I get in return?
As a thank you, you’ll get free entry to the event, food and drinks, access to the afterparty, a goodie bag, and more. If you help for two days, we’ll also provide free overnight accommodation. - Can I choose where I want to help?
We’ll do our best to match you with your preferred area (e.g. entrance, stage, bar, setup), depending on availability. You can tell us your preferences when signing up.
